Terms of Service

These terms apply to all use of Weber Cash. See the Imprint for the operator and the Privacy Policy for data handling.

1. Service

Weber Cash is a web application for tracking subscriptions, domains, contracts, invoices, budgets, and renewals. A public REST API is available for scoped API keys.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API keys confidential. One account per operator. You must be 18 years or older to use the service.

3. Pricing and billing

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing section of the homepage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no pro-rated refunds.

4. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping the dashboard, or circumventing rate limits.
• No use of the service for unlawful activity or to store data you are not entitled to store.
• API keys must not be embedded in public repositories or client-side code.

5. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance may cause short interruptions. There is no guaranteed uptime SLA on the free plan.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. Weber Cash is a tracking tool; renewal alerts are a best-effort aid, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your own contracts and payments.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from dashboard settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Venue is the registered seat of the operator as listed in the Imprint, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
